Refund policy
Our Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your workbook. If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right at our cost. If you've simply changed your mind, you may return an unused workbook within 14 days of delivery for a refund, with return shipping at your expense.
Because our workbooks are consumable, they're designed to be written in, we can only accept returns of copies in unused, resalable condition. Please read the condition requirements below before opening or working in your book.
1. Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once we've confirmed your return, the workbook must reach us within a further 21 days.
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted, except where the item is defective or where local law provides otherwise.
2. Condition requirements
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the workbook must be:
- Unused and unmarked — no writing, highlighting, erasures or completed activities on any page
- In its original condition, with no torn, folded, missing or removed pages
- Free of damage to the cover, spine or binding
- Complete, including any inserts, answer key or supplementary material supplied with it
Because these are write-in workbooks, a copy that has been worked in cannot be resold and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if the item is defective.
3. Items we cannot accept
- Workbooks that have been written in, marked or otherwise used
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned outside the stated window
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, accident or improper storage
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer rather than directly from us; please get in touch with your original seller
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or binding fault, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lpteachit@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs of the item and, for shipping damage, the outer packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you. You will not be asked to pay return shipping, and in many cases we won't ask you to return the item at all.
5. How to start a return
- Email lpteachit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 - 3 business days with authorisation and return instructions.
- Pack the workbook securely, ideally in the original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
Please don't send anything back until you receive authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
7. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit; this commonly takes a further 5–10 business days and is outside our control.
If a returned item doesn't meet the condition requirements in section 2, we'll contact you before taking any action. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
8. Exchanges
If you'd like a different title or level, for example exchanging Level 1 for Level 2, the quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at lpteachit@gmail.com, and we'll help coordinate so you're not waiting unnecessarily.
9. Cancelling an order
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Email [email address] as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where local law grants you greater protection than this policy provides, that law applies.
